Generally the storage used in Fahlo is when we access your media directory so you can post images and video from your phone.
iPhones:
Since iphone does not allow you to clear stored history, it collects everything you have uploaded and requested in Fahlo. We suggest you do the following:
1. Make note of your Username and email in your profile.
2. Log out of Fahlo.
3. Uninstall Fahlo.
4. Reinstall Fahlo & Sign into your account.
The only way to remove it is to re-install the application. Once you have done this, you will be prompted for the tutorial. You can go to your profile and just disable the tutorial. The storage used should be a lot less now.
Android:
We suggest you do the following:
1. Settings> Applications > Application Manager.
2. Find the Fahlo App.
3. Clear Data: This will not delete your account or change your account status. It will just delete all images/video or content linked to Fahlo. Fahlo will still be present on your phone. Once you log into Fahlo, all information will start to collect again.
*If you log back into your account and badges and coins are missing it is because you logged into a different account or created a new account instead of accessing the previous account.
